We’re a friendly club located right in the heart of Heathcote with two synthetic greens—installed in 2010 and 2015—catering for all levels.
Our three pennant teams are Division 2 Midweek, Division 3 Weekend and Division 6 Weekend.
In 2015/16 we were premiers in Division 3 Midweek and Division 4 Weekend pennant in the Bendigo Division of the Bendigo/Campaspe Region.
Mixed social bowls are on Wednesday, with names in by 12.45pm for a 1pm start. Everyone is welcome—come along and have a roll!
Fighting Motor Neurone Disease
Our third Australia Day MND fundraiser is just around the corner.
There'll be a 2-4-2 competition—its name acknowledging that for every 2 people diagnosed with MND each day, another 2 die because of MND.
Team places are still available! Call Heathcote Bowls Club on 5433 3584 or Brian Taylor on 0419 503 997 to find out more.
And the richest prize in a Heathcote fund-raising bowls competition is up for grabs—the Grand Bowls event has a $1000 first prize for the winner of a one-bowl knock-out event!

There’ll be lots of non bowling action on the day with several raffles and spinning wheels.
There’s also a quilt raffle with a beautiful Butterfly Quilt as the top prize. Tickets are $2 and are now available from the bowling club, Georgies for Hair, Flossies, Meehan Vineyard, the McIvor Times and several other outlets around town. Proceeds go directly to MND Victoria.
In 2016 our innovative Australia Day bowls marathon raised over $22,500 to help beat motor neurone disease and in 2017, the club hosted a 2-4-2 bowls triples event to continue the fight.
Come and help make this year’s event extra special!
